OUR STORY
The night the keys stopped working.
It was a wet Thursday in Panyu. One of us stood outside his own flat at eleven at night, bag of groceries in one arm, digging through a pocket for a key that had been there for six years and was not there that night. The lock was fine. The door was fine. The keys were not.
That is the whole origin of this company: not a market report, not a factory tour — a man in the rain, holding milk, locked out of his own life.
We started with a stubborn question. If the phone in his pocket already knew his face, if the door could hear him, if a palm could be read without a key — why was he still standing in the rain?
A year of sensors, not slogans.
The first year we did not make a brand deck. We made measurements. Palm vein in dry winter air, because hands crack and old sensors refuse them. Face recognition at 40 °C on a west-facing door, because that is where the failures live. Fingerprint after rain, after dust, after the third attempt — because a lock that works only when your hands are clean is a lock that will be ripped out.
We threw away two face modules and one body design. We kept the parts that survived. What is on this site is what was left standing.
The lock is not a gadget. It is the door to someone's home.
This is the sentence we repeat when a shipment is late or a dealer asks for a cheaper sensor. A lock is the one product a family touches every single day, in the dark, in a hurry, with a child on one arm. It has to work the first time, every time, for ten years, without applause.
So we build one brand and one standard: six series, 419 models, one spare-part discipline — and we publish the numbers, including the ones that flatter us less. We do not sell a platform, an ecosystem or a vision of the future. We sell the lock on the door.
Where we are now.
Six series. Three biometrics. 419 models. 40+ countries. Partners who reorder, because the second container is easier than the first. A brand registered in our own name, a warranty we can actually honour, and a support line that answers in the language of the market it sells to.
If you are standing outside your own door in the rain tonight — we have been there. That is why this company exists.
