Most first-month service calls are not failures. They are misunderstandings that a photograph would have caught before shipment.
Photo 1: the door edge
Shows thickness, body standard and existing cut-outs. From it you can confirm whether the lock will fit without modification.
Photo 2: the frame and hinge side
Shows handing, clearance and whether the cable route is possible without drilling through the frame face.
What goes wrong without them
The lock arrives, the body does not match, the installer improvises, the door is modified, and the customer blames the product.
Make it a rule
No photograph, no order. Two minutes of the customer’s time against a return shipment.
Takeaway
A photograph is cheaper than a crate.
